Job summary

Penn Medicine's Center for Health Care Transformation and Innovation (CHTI) seeks a Transformation Manager to design and execute projects from contextual research through rapid experimentation and implementation. You will lead by influencing across the organization, establish KPIs, and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years working in health care or innovation-related field (Required)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate a clear project or product strategy aligned with the Center's mission and goals; support team to develop and refine the product strategy and operations
• Project/Product Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, from ideation to implementation; develop project plans, track progress, and report on milestones and deliverables; drive projects toward measurable impact at scale; contribute to product roadmap and oversee product development activities
• Stakeholder Engagement and Alignment: Align diverse stakeholders across Center and Penn Medicine on objectives and approaches to complex projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams including healthcare professionals, administrators, executives, patients/caregivers, and technology partners
• Research and Experimentation: Lead contextual research and design iterative experiments to test assumptions and validate proposals
• Continuous Development and Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement of team, methods, interactions, and operation models; help define new workflows and operating models
• Performance and Evaluation: Establish and track KPIs; evaluate clinical and financial outcomes to derive insights; report progress to senior leadership
• Expertise Development and Mentorship: Demonstrate advanced application of project management, design, product management, data and evaluation etc.; mentor junior staff
