You will work on portfolio initiatives, analyze trends, and influence senior leadership, including the CMO, as part of a high-visibility program. This position focuses on analytics, adoption, and capability building.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in change management, analytics, strategy, or consulting with hands‑on ownership of a program or capability build.
• Experience in a conversion‑driven service business — financial services, insurance, SaaS, or banking.
• Strategy work: framing ambiguous problems, structuring analysis, and building recommendations for leadership.
• Demonstrated experience building playbooks, standards, or capability content used by others.
• Measurement craft: designing surveys and building recurring dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Program management: managing multiple workstreams, trackers, and stakeholder commitments in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation strategy: set direction, frame options, and present a leadership recommendation.
• Conduct external benchmarking and trend analysis across brand, marketing capabilities, and change management.
• Support CMO strategic projects with analysis, narrative, and leadership content.
• Collaborate across the Transformation Team on special projects and initiatives.
