Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in marketing operations, transformation, budget/financial management, or platform strategy roles.
• Proven experience owning a marketing budget or capital allocation process, including invoice and accrual oversight.
• Strong understanding of modern MarTech, creative tools, automation, and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three-lever operating model: Financials, Operations, and Innovation to optimize marketing outcomes.
• Build and develop three Directors and their teams into a cohesive, high-performing unit.
• Represent Marketing Operations & Transformation in executive forums with clear recommendations.
