Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Assess end-to-end journeys, processes, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and implement future-state processes to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Identify and execute automation, workflow orchestration, and AI-enabled solutions.
Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics.
Partner with leaders across business, operations, and technology to deliver initiatives.
Establish governance structures and playbooks to sustain transformation.
