Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking experienced consultants to join the Digital & Technology Services team, driving technology-enabled transformation and strategy for clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders, assess environments, and deliver actionable roadmaps that align with business priorities.

You will lead complex initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate findings to executives. Expect travel as needed and opportunities to mentor less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MIS is a plus.
• 8-15+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, technology consulting, business transformation, or related field.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with clients' strategic and operational priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure and oversee analyses, synthesize findings, and translate complex information into clear executive-level recommendations.
