Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MIS is a plus.
• 4–8+ years in management consulting, technology consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business and technology strategy into actionable solutions.
• Proven project and program management capabilities with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify critical business and technology challenges and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Assess current-state technology environments, operating models, capabilities, and processes for improvement opportunities.
• Develop pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with clients' priorities.
• Lead workstreams and complex transformation initiatives from assessment through execution.
• Structure analyses, synthesize findings, and present clear executive recommendations.
• Manage client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Oversee project teams and day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate across business and technology to bridge strategy and execution.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth of A&M's DTS practice through thought leadership and mentorship.
