Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking an Operations Project Manager within the Transformation Office to support enterprise-wide modernization.

You will own the Operations workplan to migrate Hub Clients from legacy platforms to the Next Gen Platform, coordinate discovery and build workshops, and ensure governance and vendor alignment. The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication, and experience with Jira/Smartsheet/MS Project/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, operations, or transformation programs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and identify risks or gaps.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Program & Project Delivery; prepare materials for weekly workstream meetings and Steering Committee updates.
• Ensure deliverables align with scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Support planning and execution of major technology transformations, starting with Hub Client migrations to the Next Gen Platform.
• Coordinate discovery, design, and build workshops; document decisions and track actions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration across Operations, IT, Product, Commercial, Finance, and vendors.
• Support go-live readiness, change management activities, and client communication workflows.
• Help align diverse stakeholder groups to maintain program momentum; follow SOPs and corporate policies.
