Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical programs, overseeing day-to-day operations and staff within Valeris’ HUB Services. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, define work plans, and ensure contract terms are met.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative, data-driven approach to improve program performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar role.
• Experience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working in various CRM software platforms.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per the scope of work, program and SOPs within the contracted budget.
• Manage the client relationship, gaining trust and building rapport.
• Oversee day-to-day activity of program operations, including staff supervision.
• Drive performance responsibilities of team and members.
• Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics.
