Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a delivery leader to define, own, and deliver mid-size engagements aimed at reducing admin costs, enhancing processes, automating workflows, and improving medical cost/value and provider experiences.

You will manage 1–2 engagements, sometimes solo, sometimes with teams of consultants, guiding the client environment and matrixed stakeholders to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Strategy/Operations/M&A or Human Capital consulting or equivalent corporate experience.
• 3 years of management experience leading teams or projects
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead individuals, teams or groups and drive goals, plan and govern engagements.
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle with governance and milestones.
• Conduct discovery meetings, gather requirements, and position ideal solutions.
