Job summary

The role emphasizes analytics, financial modeling, and leveraging technology while navigating a heavily matrixed organization. Travel is < 25% and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Strategy, Operations, M&A, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or related corporate role.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• 3 years of management experience and/or leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead individuals, teams or multiple groups to achieve project goals and client outcomes.
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle and governance plans.
• Create engagement deliverables and supervise senior consultants’ outputs.
• Conduct discovery meetings and position ideal solutions for client needs.
• Coach and develop project team members in collaboration with group leadership.
