Job summary

Theron Solutions is seeking a Program Director for Enterprise Solutions Units to lead large-scale transformation programs, including ERP implementations and process improvements. You will coordinate timelines, resources and risks, while delivering executive-level status and value to clients across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in transformational ERP consulting, strong SAP business-translation skills, and proven ability to drive sales opportunities and business

Qualifications

• Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP technical requirements.
• Experience leading sales opportunities.
• Hands-on experience leading a functional stream.
• Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands-on as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities and client relationship skills.
• 10+ years of transformational ERP consulting experience.
• 6+ years in proposal and business case development.
• Ability to lead steering, team, business and PMO meetings.
• Proven proposal development, estimation, planning and team management (20+ resources).
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage complex, large-scale transformation engagements.
• Oversee ERP implementations and business process improvements.
• Coordinate timelines, resources and capacity planning across programs.
• Manage program-level status, metrics, risks and deliverables.
• Drive business development, develop proposals and thought leadership.
• Represent the client at industry events as a trusted transformation partner.
