Job summary

SEPTA seeks an accomplished ERP Program Director to drive the enterprise resource planning transformation across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, IT, and beyond. This executive role aligns leaders, builds a unified program strategy, and ensures successful delivery with strong governance and risk management.

You will partner with the ERP IT Director, system integrator, and stakeholders to realize benefits, manage scope, and lead organizational change across a complex, regulated public-sector

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large enterprise programs and transformations.
• 10+ years in senior leadership with cross-functional teams and budgets.
• Proven success in organizational change and benefits realization at scale.
• Executive communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Experience delivering ERP programs with governance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP transformation from mobilization to benefits realization.
• Own change strategy including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption.
• Direct ERP PMO, resources, and organizational change management leads.
• Translate vision into integrated roadmap, plans, outcomes, and accountabilities.
• Define governance, escalation, reporting standards, and change control.
