Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. seeks a highly organized, proactive professional for a dual-capacity role supporting Transformation programs (≈70%) and executive support to the company president (≈30%). The role is 100% onsite in Snoqualmie, WA, combining project management with high-level administrative duties and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, discretion, and a track record leading teams and coordinating global efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or related field + 2 years experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise discretion
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Collaborate across global cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and coordinate assigned projects across global operations
• Lead reporting cadences and off-site presentation coordination
• Manage Employee Engagement Committee and internal communications
• Support scheduling, travel, and executive calendar needs for the President
• Provide VIP logistics support for visits
• Handle confidential information with discretion
