Job summary

Spacelabs Healthcare in Snoqualmie, WA seeks a highly organized Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support transformation programs and provide light executive support to the company president on a 70/30 basis. This onsite role crosses engineering, manufacturing, HR, sales, and quality teams.

You will coordinate reports, lead the Employee Engagement Committee, manage confidential information, and assist with scheduling, travel, and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or related field with two years of experience; advanced degree without experience acceptable.
  • Displays innovative and out-of-the-box thinking with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship-building, strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player capable of delivering results through others.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; OnePlan and Visio are desirable.
  • May travel internationally and must obtain necessary travel documents.

Responsibilities

  • Support, planning, and execution of assigned projects across global operations (Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sales & Service, Quality).
  • Coordinate monthly metrics reporting and bi-annual off-site presentations.
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Committee, support communications and events.
  • Interact with global offices, OSI Corporate, community orgs, and external customers.
  • Provide executive support to the President including scheduling and travel arrangements (visa support).
  • Logistics support for VIP visits as needed.

Spacelabs is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual-capacity role that supports efforts in the Transformation organization and provides light level executive support to the company president. This position combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager (70% approximately) and Executive support (30% approximately). The right candidate spends ~70% of their time engaged in Transformation Program support that entails project management of defined transformation programs, and preparation of Company, Board, & Executive communication materials. The candidate also provides executive support to the company president in the areas of scheduling, travel, sitewide event coordination, and leading the Employee Engagement Committee for ~30% of their time. The ideal candidate has strong curiosity, drive, and problem-solving experience. Executive support duties will include account tracking, event planning, and handling highly confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and sound judgement are essential. The candidate will work on diverse problems requiring investigation, solutioning, and the ability to exercise discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Strong candidates have intermediate project management experience, with good communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally across the company.

This position is 100% onsite in Snoqualmie, Washington.

Responsibilities
  • Support, planning, and execution of assigned projects & efforts across global operations. Scope of efforts cross all operational areas and functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sales & Service, Quality, etc.)
  • Facilitating and coordinating multiple standard reporting cadences including company level monthly metrics, company level results reporting, and coordination of bi-annual off-site presentations.
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Committees, support employee communications, and event management for on-site and off-site employee events. (Town Halls, Internal Product Fairs / World Quality Week, etc.)
  • Awareness of key individuals, departments, and office locations to provide support for employees and customers.
  • Interact with global offices, OSI Corporate office, community organizations, and external customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the President which includes but is not limited to: scheduling/ calendar support, preparing presentations, support of travel needs like visa applications.
  • Provide logistic support for VIP customer visits as needed.
  • Ability to work with, recognize, and manage confidential information.

Qualifications

  • May travel internationally depending on specific assignments and must be able to acquire all necessary travel documents.
  • Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with global time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs.
Life at OSI

Pay may range between $110,000 -$125,000 annually.

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). OSI also offers comprehensive benefits including various options for health plans, access to 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, disability insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, leave of absence programs and an array of voluntary benefits. In addition, paid time off is offered to be used for vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. Full-Time salaried employees are entitled to flexible time-off.
