Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Oracle Manager to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Oracle Practice. You will work with the Transformation team to help clients align business goals with Oracle solutions.

Responsibilities include leading full lifecycle implementations, documenting requirements, configuring applications, and training end users, while meeting billing targets. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a consulting practice or cross-industry client services at national level.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations and experience with Oracle Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformation goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and user adoption guides.
• Conduct training classes for end users.
• Provide post-production support.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Meet or exceed targeted utilization; other duties as assigned.
