Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an Oracle Director to lead advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice. You’ll drive full life cycle Oracle implementations, document requirements, design solutions, and ensure user adoption with training materials and post-go-live support.

You will guide engagements with strong leadership, deliver complex projects on tight timelines, and coach team members while expanding service offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a consulting/functional role servicing cross-industry clients
• Minimum 5 full life cycle Oracle implementations
• Industry-recognized professional certification required
• Knowledge of SDLC, metrics and reports

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle Oracle implementations: planning, design, build
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption
• Conduct end-user training and post-production support
• Provide governance and leadership across engagements
• Develop business cases to support strategic IT initiatives
• Travel up to 40% as needed
