Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks an ERP Senior Associate to perform advisory and implementation services for the Oracle Practice – delivering across client organizations with the resources, environment, and support to excel.

From day one, you’ll be empowered by the Transformation team to help clients move toward their vision and achieve more, confidently. The role includes full lifecycle ERP implementations, training, post-production support, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ERP Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Assist with full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
