Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks an Oracle Solution Architect to deliver advisory and implementation services across the Oracle Practice. You’ll lead full life cycle deployments, document business requirements, and design transformational goals for clients.

Require 4+ years in consulting, multiple Infor lifecycle implementations, Oracle Applications experience, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 40% and a commitment to client success are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field required; Master’s degree plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related consulting experience at a national level.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry certification required.
• Experience with Oracle Applications installation/configuration.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, metrics and reporting.
• Ability to lead meetings and produce technical documents.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides.
• Conduct end-user training for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and ongoing guidance.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Identify business requirements, design functional and process workflow.
• Lead client discussions and deliver time-sensitive projects.
