Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Oracle Solution Architect to provide advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Oracle Practice. You will participate in planning, design, build, and deployment phases, document requirements, and help drive user adoption through Training materials and sessions.

Responsibilities include managing full lifecycle implementations, client communications, and post-production support, with travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related consulting experience with cross-industry clients at national level.
• Minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full lifecycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and ongoing optimization.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations.
• Define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.
