Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an Oracle Manager to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Oracle Practice. From day one, you’ll be supported by the Transformation team to help clients realize their vision and help you advance confidently.

Your day-to-day includes lifecycle implementations, documenting requirements, configuring Oracle Applications, and conducting training for end users. Expect travel up to 40% and a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and perform iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and ongoing optimization.
• Identify business requirements and design future state processes aligned to objectives.
• Travel up to 40% as needed.
