Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join EY’s Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex transformation engagements for life insurance, annuity, and group benefits, guiding strategy to implementation and adoption.

As a Manager, you will manage cross‑functional teams across vendor ecosystems, ensure measurable outcomes, and build relationships with senior client stakeholders while growing EY’s BTG capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage platform transformation programs across life, annuity, and group insurance.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
