Job summary

Brink’s Inc is seeking a Sr Manager Technology Transformation to shape and accelerate the organization's transformation agenda, designing modern operating models and digital capabilities across the enterprise.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, partnering with business and technology functions to deliver measurable business value through large-scale programs, spanning Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and digital modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformational programs.
• Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute target operating models for technology organizations.
• Act as trusted advisor to define and implement operating and technology models.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop scalable solutions.
• Develop and report on program health metrics and value delivery.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Lead enterprise architecture, data & analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with solutions architects to implement process improvements.
• Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution and risk mitigation.
