Job summary

EY US is actively seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects. You’ll join the Transformation Risk Team to apply PM knowledge to meaningful engagements with government clients, delivering measurable results.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, leading efforts, mentoring staff, and expanding capabilities in portfolio management, PM methods, and client leadership. Travel up to 80% may be required in some roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera.
• Knowledge of stakeholder engagement, performance measurement and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative client engagements and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for process and technology improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client services and build enduring relationships with stakeholders.
