Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies manage programs and projects. Join our Transformation Risk Team to apply PM knowledge across diverse, multidisciplinary engagements.

You will work with government clients on PM operations, including scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risks. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering measurable results and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with process improvement and performance measurement.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.
• Experience with PM software (MS Project or Oracle Primavera) and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead a collaborative client project engagements team.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations for organizational, process and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services consistently.
• Establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders and client personnel.
• Travel to client sites as required by engagements.
