Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering or business-related field.
• At least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading teams on engagements (1+ year).
• Knowledge of PM processes, performance metrics, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on government client engagements across PMO operations.
• Analyze data to develop recommendations for process and technology improvements.
• Deliver quality client services and build enduring client relationships.
• Guide staff development and mentor junior resources.
