Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States seeks a Testing Transformation Lead to define and drive the enterprise Quality Engineering and Testing Transformation strategy. You will modernize testing practices with automation, AI adoption, DevOps integration, TDM, TEM, and governance to boost speed, quality, productivity and business outcomes.

This role partners with business, engineering, product and delivery leaders to build a future-ready Quality Engineering organization and lead large-scale programs

Qualifications

• Lead enterprise Quality Engineering transformation initiatives.
• Define and execute a testing transformation roadmap.
• Partner with CIOs, engineering leaders, product owners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Strategy Leadership; define and execute the Testing Transformation roadmap.
• Establish target state Quality Engineering operating models and maturity frameworks.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Agile, DevOps and Product Engineering.
• Drive adoption of industry-leading testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs and transformation success measures.
• Develop enterprise automation strategy for UI, API, Data and Performance testing.
