You will design operating models, govern strategic initiatives, and partner with technology and business leaders to deliver measurable business value across large programs.

The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, leading enterprise architecture, data & analytics, AI/ML, digital transformation, and modernization efforts to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading large‑scale transformational programs.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with senior executives in high‑stakes environments.
• Expertise in enterprise‑wide change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex data, provide strategic insights, and inform executive decision‑making.
• Proven track record designing and implementing target operating models for technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement target operating models for technology organizations.
• Define and implement an optimal operating and technology model aligned to long‑term vision.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions for complex challenges.
• Develop, manage, and report program health metrics to drive value and impact.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with architects to improve processes and drive technology modernization.
