Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director in Workforce Transformation Change Management to lead engagement teams and deliver executive-level change programs. You will shape strategy, oversee budgets, and drive client outcomes with AI-enabled methodologies.

You will mentor teams, develop new solutions, and help position the firm in a competitive market while advancing internal change management playbooks and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 12+ years of related work experience in change management consulting.
• Certifications in Prosci, CCMP, La Marsh, PMP, SHRM-SCP, Lean, Six Sigma, CPP preferred.
• Ability to lead high-performance teams and multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Travel typically 40–50% (up to 80%).

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and lead multiple engagement delivery teams.
• Oversee project management activities including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Meet or exceed utilization and sales goals.
• Develop cross‑service line relationships to expand services.
• Lead proposals and client presentations for Workforce Transformation.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate change management delivery.
