Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced Manager to lead HR and Payroll transformation initiatives for clients. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, design future-state operating models, and drive efficiency, compliance, and value for organizations.

You\'ll partner with client leadership, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to sales opportunities and thought leadership while mentoring staff. The role requires travel as needed and a proven track record in workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR/Payroll transformation, consulting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in HR and Payroll systems (UKG, Dayforce, Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, etc).
• Ability to align transformation initiatives with broader business strategy and workforce trends.
• Experience in selecting and implementing HR platforms and designing operating models.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR and Payroll transformation projects and operating models.
• Partner with clients to assess current state operations and develop future-state roadmaps.
• Drive governance, improve workflows, and lead workshops on transformation strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for integration.
• Own delivery of project milestones and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Build client relationships and mentor project teams for high performance.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and scope definition.
