Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply workforce transformation methodologies across HR, payroll, and organizational change.
• Support stakeholder engagement, governance, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and deliver client communications, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and actionable roadmaps from data analysis.
• Assist in business development through proposals and client meetings.
