Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, direction and lead multiple engagement delivery teams.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, resources, risk, and quality across engagements.
• Meet or exceed utilization and sales goals for engagements.
• Develop relationships across service lines to pursue opportunities.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses and Workforce Transformation approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate change management delivery.
• Lead AI transformation engagements for workforce readiness and adoption.
• Coach proposal teams and review client contracts/SOWs.
