Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas seeks an analytics-driven strategy consultant to analyze adoption and usage data across accounts, build dashboards, and craft impact analyses. You will develop reusable playbooks and transformation templates while synthesizing lessons from engagements for executive audiences.

You will coordinate across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success, surface risks early, and own workstreams toward end-to-end delivery, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent).
• Experience owning analytically rigorous workstreams on complex client problems.
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills.
• Deep proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau is a plus, not a requirement.
• SQL familiarity is a plus, not a requirement.
• Track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work, ideally in or adjacent to legal, financial services, or professional services.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and bias to action.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for professional work.
• Able to work from the Dallas office 3 days per week as part of Harvey's hybrid work model.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze adoption and usage data across accounts to identify drivers, gaps, and value opportunities.
• Build models, dashboards, and impact analyses.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and transformation methodology.
• Synthesize lessons learned from strategic transformation engagements.
• Create stakeholder maps, workflow analyses, and engagement tracking materials.
• Own discrete client-work workstreams and grow toward end-to-end engagement ownership.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready narratives, decks, and one-pagers.
• Coordinate across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Surface risks early and keep work on track.
• Capture cross-engagement patterns for internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
