Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Strategy Associate to join the Transformation Office. You will act as the analytical engine turning inputs into playbooks, analyses, and executive-ready materials that scale transformation across sophisticated legal and professional services clients.

You’ll partner with Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success, owning data-driven workstreams from sizing impact to delivering repeatable methodologies. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with analytically rigorous workstreams.
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills; comfortable in Excel/Sheets; able to structure messy data into clear insights.
• Track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology.
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy in professional services.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to hold own with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insight by pulling, structuring, and analyzing adoption data across accounts.
• Build playbooks and frameworks that scale; codify methodologies for repeatable engagements.
• Capture best practices from engagements into repeatable materials and stakeholder maps.
• Build executive-ready communications: narratives, decks, and one-pagers for senior leaders.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.
• Synthesize learnings across engagements into internal knowledge and external thought leadership.
