EY Consulting is shaping futures through Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) practice. Staff work with teams to design and deliver architecture frameworks, program management, and value realization across transformation programs.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to translate concepts into actionable insights for clients.
Demonstrated problem-solving with an execution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and delivery frameworks.
Experience with AI-enabled tooling to enhance productivity and analysis.
Willingness to travel and adapt hours to client needs.
Proficient with MS Office tools for executive-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks and program management approaches.
Contribute to value realization structures and governance materials.
Assist in TMO/PMO activities across transformation programs.
Apply Agile methodologies and manage risks across workstreams.
Prepare business cases, ideation, and performance reporting.
Help with client-ready storytelling and portfolio analyses.
