Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution‑oriented mindset.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.
• Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
• Work with project teams and clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
• Contribute to governance materials, portfolio analyses, and client-ready storytelling to deliver measurable value.
