You’ll work across TA&D and Technology Strategy to optimize operating models and drive large-scale IT transformations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Agile methods, and support business development efforts, with

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences.
Experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and analysis.

Responsibilities

Contribute to transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals.
Support design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks and governance materials.
Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and track risks across workstreams.
Assist with cost optimization, operating model design, and portfolio analyses.
Contribute to business development with RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
