EY is seeking a Staff in Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) to help drive large-scale transformation projects across clients in the US. You will support design and delivery of architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.

You will work with teams to bridge strategy and execution while applying Agile methods and coordinating with client stakeholders. You will engage in operating model design, cost optimization, and enterprise architecture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for diverse teams
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Experience with Agile (SAFe, Scrum)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
