Job summary

EY is seeking a Staff in Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) to help transform client operations through technology, process, and governance improvements. You’ll work within EY Consulting to bridge strategy and execution, supporting architecture frameworks, program management, and value realization across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments
• Developing commercial awareness and a desire to contribute meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs
• Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required

Responsibilities

• EY’s TA&D practice offers a dynamic career path, contributing to transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals
• Support design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures
• Assist transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, applying SAFe and Scrum, tracking risks and resources across workstreams, and developing governance materials
• Contribute to business cases, ideation activities, performance reporting, and client-ready storytelling that drive measurable value
