Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Staff to join Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) to help clients transform through people, technology, and innovation. You will bridge strategy and execution, design and deliver architecture frameworks, and support program management in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will work across TA&D Business and Technology Strategy, applying Agile methods, contributing to business cases, governance, and portfolio analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting or business transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformation initiatives aligning with client goals; bridge strategy and execution.
• Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks, PMO/TMO governance, and value realization structures.
• Help plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions across TA&D Business and Technology Strategy.
• Assist with cost optimization, governance materials, and portfolio analyses for large-scale IT transformations.
