Job summary

EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice seeks a Senior role to drive transformation initiatives aligning strategy and execution. You’ll help design architecture frameworks, governance, and value realization while collaborating across TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams.

You’ll lead programs using SAFe and Scrum, manage risk and resources, and travel 65–80% as client needs dictate in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4+ years in technology or transformation consulting.
• Experience supporting client-facing transformation programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible client schedules (65–80%).

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives aligning with clients’ strategic goals; bridge strategy and execution.
• Design and deliver architecture frameworks, governance models, and value realization structures.
• Lead work across TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams; shape governance and roadmaps.
• Support PMO setup, transformation office design, and end-to-end portfolio delivery.
