• Collects, analyzes, and interprets production data to drive performance.

• Coaches facility leadership to drive daily performance of transformation efforts.
• Drives accountability and local ownership of initiatives for sustainability.
• Identifies and schedules transformation deliverables and milestones.
• Plans, manages, analyzes, and delivers data for progress reviews.
• Guides deck-building and storytelling for reviews.
