Job summary

Lackawanna College is seeking a Transfer Credit Evaluator CPL to ensure accurate transfer credit evaluations for online and graduate students. You will work closely with the Associate Registrar and external stakeholders to maintain timely and compliant transcript processes.

The role requires in-person attendance with occasional travel, and collaboration across departments to improve the transfer credit evaluation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus.
• Knowledge of Jenzabar or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transcript reporting with National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).
• Resolve transcript requests and guide students and parents.
• Evaluate official transcripts and prior learning for transfer credits.
• Maintain timely, accurate transfer credit evaluations.
• Coordinate with Enrollment to obtain official transcripts for review.
• Enter transfer credits in the student information system and update pending credits.
