Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a position requiring record-keeping accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), My Mav (PeopleSoft), TES (CollegeSource), and Teams.
• Attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, gather information, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate course information using TES, syllabi, catalogs, transcripts, and other resources to determine accurate transfer equivalencies.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical judgment to independently evaluate coursework for transfer credit.
• Maintain accurate transfer evaluation records and ensure data integrity of rules and equivalencies.
• Stay current with Texas Core, TCCNS requirements, transfer articulation policies, and related guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with student information systems and transfer evaluation processes.
• Pursue professional development to enhance transfer evaluation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
