Job summary

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of full-time administrative experience in an office setting.
Excellent computer skills including database management, data entry, and Microsoft Office or Google Applications.

Responsibilities

Data entry of transcripts and credits for transfer students and freshmen.
Manage the Credit Evaluation Services email inbox and respond to inquiries.
Support special projects such as articulation of courses and updating credit evaluation spreadsheets.
Review and update student records and ensure orientation, registration and degree audit processes are supported.
Participate in divisional programs, events, and committees as needed.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and data accuracy.
