MSU - Michigan State University is seeking a detail-oriented on-call clerical assistant for the Registrar's Office Transfer Credit team in East Lansing. You will review external transcripts, accurately enter course information into Campus Solutions, and initiate Transfer Credit Equivalency forms.

You will also help maintain Excel spreadsheets and transfer credit records, learn university systems, and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualificações

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

Review external transcripts and accurately enter course information into Campus Solutions.
Initiate Transfer Credit Equivalency (TCE) forms and use the Transfer Evaluation System (TES).
Research course descriptions to support the transfer credit evaluation process.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and transfer credit records.
Learn university systems and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Work in person in an office setting.
