Job summary

Alchelyst in Boston is seeking an Investor Services Associate to join our Transfer Agency team. You will cover end-to-end TA operations, AML/KYC, onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates with colleagues across locations to deliver consistent service to clients, requires 3+ years of investor services experience, and a hands-on, control-focused approach in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of hands-on Transfer Agency / Investor Services experience within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of investor onboarding, AML/KYC, dealing, cash processing, reconciliations, and investor reporting.
• Experience with transfer agency platforms and a strong focus on data quality and controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute and control daily transfer agency (TA) activities: investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, subscriptions, redemptions, switches, payment processing, cash and bank reconciliations, and investor record maintenance.
• Ensure tasks meet cut-off times, procedures, and SLAs with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and client queries, escalating when needed.
• Work within Alchelyst's global operating model, collaborating with colleagues across locations and time zones.
