Qualifications

• 8+ years in transfer agency or investor services in regulated finance.
• 2+ years supervising or leading a team.
• Strong onboarding, AML/KYC, cash processing, and reporting knowledge.
• Experience with TA platforms and data quality controls.
• Understanding AML/CFT requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with hands-on and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TA activities: onboarding, AML/KYC, subscriptions, redemptions.
• Ensure SLAs and cut-off times are met with accuracy.
• Lead, develop and train the investor services team.
• Maintain control framework: four-eyes checks and reconciliations.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Prepare and review MI and client reporting.
