Felician University is seeking an Admissions Counselor for Undergraduate Transfer and Accelerated Degree programs. The role manages a defined recruitment portfolio, including community college partnerships and corporate partners, and guides adult learners through admission and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Slate CRM System preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Ability to evaluate transcripts and guide applicants through enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment portfolio for transfer, adult, and accelerated/online degree completion students.
• Represent transfer/accelerated programs to prospective students, community college advisors, and partner institutions.
• Evaluate transcripts for preliminary transferability and admissibility.
• Guide applicants through initial enrollment and ongoing enrollment steps.
