Felician University invites a dynamic professional to join as Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Services. You will collaborate on recruitment strategies to boost transfer student enrollment in partnership with Bergen Community College and will act as the admissions officer and initial financial aid/advisor for transfers.

The role requires coordinating with diverse student populations, hosting information sessions, and supporting prospective students through the admissions process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in higher education or enrollment/admissions advising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel and recruit in areas outside assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement recruitment strategies to increase transfer student enrollment in partnership with Bergen Community College.
• Serve as admissions officer and initial financial aid and academic advisor for transfer students.
