• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems.
• Willingness to travel ~6–8 weeks during peak recruitment seasons.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admissions contact for transfer students and guide inquiries to enrollment.
• Build transfer pipelines via campus visits and partnerships with colleges and advising offices.
• Assess transfer credits and assist with official evaluations and policies.
• Review applications, render admissions decisions, and determine program placement.
• Develop strategies to improve transfer yield and coordinate communications with admitted students.
